Form Editor is an independent iOS app for working with Google Forms. It is not made by Google, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Your use of Google Forms itself remains governed by Google's own terms.
You need a Google account. Your forms and the responses they collect belong to you and stay in your Google account; Form Editor only acts on them at your instruction. You are responsible for what you collect and for complying with the law that applies to it — including obtaining consent where you gather personal data from respondents.
Some features require Form Editor Pro. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the price and interval shown before you confirm the purchase. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
The AI feature produces a starting point, not a finished form. Output can be wrong or unsuitable — review it before you publish. You are responsible for the form you send out.
Do not use Form Editor to break the law, to collect data you have no right to collect, to send unsolicited messages, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Form Editor depends on Google's APIs and on your network; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided "as is" and, to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data or lost responses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached in a way that harms the service or other people.
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
